Motivation March - Getting out

Getting out for even an hour a day can make you feel a whole lot better! I have found that going out walking can really relax me and help me forget about anything that is stressing me out, even if it is just for an hour a day. 
I love to walk my dog as I get to look at the beautiful scenery and chill out. Walking is also a physical activity and is an easy way to fit in some exercise into a busy daily routine.
