Spring Essentials

As it is nearly April I thought id share my spring essentials, I like to do a natural looking makeup look that looks minimal and effortless.

For My base I have been loving the No7 Beautifully Matte foundation, I gives a gorgeous finish an lasts all day. I find that when it is first applied it looks matte and then through out the day it starts to look really natural and like its your own skin!

I then use two concealers, the lasting perfection by collection, words cannot describe my love for this product, it is a staple in my makeup bag. And then I use the wake me up concealer by Rimmel just to brighten up my under eyes.
I apply these products with the mac 217 brush, many other people use this for blending but I find that it is a perfect size to apply makeup around the eye area.

While I let the base makeup settle on my skin I apply eye shadow and mascara, I have been embracing the no eye liner look as I think it is perfect for the natural spring makeup look .

I use the 24 hour colour tattoo in 'Pink-Gold' as it is a lovely spring colour and it is effortless to apply. I then go in with two coats of the roller lash mascara from benefit, the wand for this really does add length and volume to the lashes making them stand out.

Then I lightly contour my cheeks to add colour and sculpt my face.

I have been using my sleek blusher in 'Coral' to add a peachy tint to the apples of my cheeks.

Then to finish this look I use girl meets pearl from benefit to highlight the tops of my cheeks, I use this product as I think it gives a natural finish to any look you want to achieve.
