Maria Nila Luminous Colour Hair Masque

Last month's Glossybox had so many lovely things in so I have decided that I am going to review them and share with you what I thought about each one. To kick things off I am going to be talking about the Maria Nila Luminous Colour Hair Masque

"Luminous Colour is an extra colour protecting sulphate and paraben free masque range specially designed for coloured hair to add extra shine and strength to the hair structure."

The description is a very accurate match to the product, I am not usually the type to use hair masques as I just use my usual conditioner but recently I have noticed that my hair has been lacking its usual healthy shine and glossiness. So when this came through the post box I knew that I had to try it straight away. I am not a massive fan off the fragrance but I suppose it isn't the real purpose of the masque.

The texture is different to any I have used before, it has a firm touch to it instead of a thicker liquid like conditioning masques. This for me makes it feel more luxurious and like a really pamper evening essential as it feels different to the usual conditioner and really feels as though it is working.

I have been using it twice a week and I have noticed a difference in how soft my hair feels the next day. I have extensions so after a while they start to lose the natural hair look but since using this it is like they have been brought back to life again. I usually keep it on for about 5 minutes, while focusing on the length and ends and a small amount through the roots. This just helps to evenly spread the product without causing a heavy build up on the scalp.

I would also like to comment on the packaging which Is so pretty! It comes In a tub which I really like as you can just grab the amount you want to use without having your hands full with the bottle. It is a deep conditioning mask. It looks so sleek and professional looking sitting in the bathroom cabinet.
