Holiday Lookbook

This is my first ever look book, I didn't really know how to set this out as some of the clothes I took with me are a few years old and I don't know how many will still be online. So I thought I'd just show you a few outfit posts to give some inspiration on what I wore on holiday. As you will probably be able to tell I kept it casual, it was just me and my mum so it was really relaxed and chill. I did get dressed up slightly in the evenings but again it wasn't a going out clubbing holiday.

I absolutely loved this play suit, I for one just like to throw something on while going down to the beach, this is so simple but still looks like you've made and effort. This was from primark, I grabbed a few while I was there but this was my favorite. It also had a cut out in the back that just added more detail into the piece.

Simple denim shorts are a must for the summer, This year I decided to get three pairs that would last me a while. I chose these dark denim ones that can be dressed up or down, a light wash pair and a pair with rips in them. I am trying to be more minimalistic with my wardrobe so by having a few staples I am covered for any occasion.
The shorts in both images are from miss selfridges, they are the best quality and the best fitting pairs I have found. I love the lace detailing around the the legs of the light wash pair.

Beach cover ups, perfect for going over bikinis, I loved this spotty black and white one! It had a belt type thing around the waist that you could tighten to your desire, this was great because some of them just drown you so this is a flattering detail.

I had to include this outfit! I got this three years ago and I am making it my aim to wear it every holiday! It is a two piece with blue shorts with tiny pink flowers that match perfectly to this pink crop top.

I got this play suit from Forever 21, they might still have it in stock! I am in love with this it is so detailed and delicate. It has cross over detailing across the chest which is detailed with dark green lace which is so pretty. Then on the back it has a corset style cross over that you can leave loose or tighten for a more fitted look. I also love that I could wear it in England too as it isn't too tropical.

I have seen denim skirts everywhere this year so of course I had to grab one, I just paired it with this floral crop top with tassel detailing.
The skirt is from New look and the top is from Forever 21.

This jumpsuit is the most flattering piece I own, I love how it is slightly risque with the open ground and completely open back but still keeps it classy with the long legs! This was perfect with a tan and I just love the colours, it was one of my favorites.
This is also from Forever 21.

The outfit of the last night was this beautiful maxi dress, I loved this because it has two layers, the fist one is a plain white body con style mini dress but it is covered with this floral floaty material. I paired it with a simple pink belt to bring in the waist and the outfit was complete. And believe it or not but this was actually from Primark last year which was an absolute bargain!

I hope you got some inspiration from some of my holiday outfits, I tried to include some say time and some evening options. I have always been into fashion so I am going to include more of it on my blog.
